Delivery times vary depending on the city, state and type of freight selected at the time of purchase. Deliveries will be made by partner carriers. This period starts to be counted only from the authorization of the purchase by the financial institution and the confirmation of registration data, and such release can take up to 48 hours, according to the policies of the card companies. Our logistics team will start handling your order as soon as it is approved, as soon as the shipment is posted an automatic email will be sent informing you of the status of your order and the tracking of this delivery. Important information:

– The regular delivery period begins after payment confirmation, always on the “business” day following order confirmation;

– If your order has more than one item, these can be shipped separately, according to availability in stock;

– Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m;

– The delivery service is done through the Post Office or carriers hired by Sabine Arias Brand;

– The receipt of the order may be carried out by third parties, such as employees of the condominium/residence and relatives.

Possible reasons for delay in delivery:

– Delivery failures due to the customer’s absence at the delivery address registered on the site;

– Incorrect or incomplete delivery address;

– Change of address;

– Unusual occurrences due to reasons beyond our control, such as natural accidents, general strikes and/or any other force majeure;

– Your address may be classified by the Post Office as an area with a differentiated delivery deadline. This means that the delivery time is redefined by the Correios, randomly to the deadline definitions informed on our site.

The deadlines for delivery vary according to the place of delivery, to check them just put the zip code of the delivery address at the closing of your purchase and consult the deadlines available from our logistics operators.

The deliveries are only made within the national territory, if you do not receive the product within the estimated time please contact our team through our call center.

It is important to remember that there are 3 delivery attempts. The second and third attempts are made on the immediately subsequent business days. If the 3 home delivery attempts are frustrated, the object will be available for delivery at the agency closest to the recipient’s address, for a period of 7 calendar days. After this period the item is returned to the sender. Make sure that the people in charge of receiving the order, such as porters or employees, do not refuse to receive it.
