We accept returns for any reason within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt of your order. In addition, exchanges for other products can be made within 30 (thirty) days.
The cost of freight for the first exchange or return of the purchase is at Sabine Arias Brand’s expense;
If the value of the new piece you want is greater than the original purchase, you can complete the payment.
If you prefer, keep the full credit of the purchase amount to use indefinitely.
The exchange request must be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Requests received after this time will not be accepted;
The request for return due to regret must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. Requests received after this time will not be accepted;

The pieces will only be accepted if returned:
With Sabine Arias Brand labels and seals intact and attached to the product;
In the original packaging, undamaged;
Not washed or used, without odors or stains and without alterations made by the customer (e.g.: hem adjustment, etc.);
The DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document) or a copy must, obligatorily, accompany the product with the reason for the return noted on the back and must accompany the product inside the package;
If Sabine Arias Brand understands that the returned product does not meet the necessary criteria for exchange or return cited above, the site is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange. Sabine Arias Brand may then resend the product to the customer without prior consultation, accompanied by the justification of the reason for refusal.
Exchange – requests within 30 calendar days after receipt of purchase.
Returns for regret – requests within 7 calendar days after receipt of purchase. The customer may opt for a refund of the amount paid (in the same modality as the original payment, that is, (a) credit on the invoice for credit card payments, (b) by means of deposit in current account, in case of bank payment slip, and (c) credit in our online store.
Defect – within 90 days from receipt of purchase. Requests received after this time will not be accepted.
